White Chicken Chili
Ingredients:

4 Chicken breast
-
1 ½ teaspoons chili powder

1 ½ teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon cumin
-
salt to taste
-
pepper to taste
-
6 tablespoons butter
-
1-2 cloves garlic minced
-
1/2 cup diced onion
-
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
4 ounces cream cheese softened
-
1 teaspoon sriracha
-
1 ½ cup Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese shredded

1-2 4 ounce cans diced green chilies
Steps:

In a crockpot, add chicken, seasonings, butter, chiles, onion, broth, garlic, and sriracha.

Stir and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Remove chicken, shred, and return to crockpot
-
Add cream cheese (I used my bullet blender with some warm broth from the soup to make it creamy, then poured into the crockpot)

Add shredded cheese and heavy cream
-
Stir and replace lid & let cheese melt
