Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
 
  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. ½ green bell pepper chopped

  3. â…” cup sugar free ketchup

  4. â…“ cup low carb tomato sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons Swerve brown sugar

  6. 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  7. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  8. 1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  10. ½ teaspoon salt

  11. ½ teaspoon onion powder

  12. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:
 
  1. In a medium skillet, fry 1 pound ground beef until no pink remains.

  2. Add chopped pepper and cook 2-3 minutes or until it begins to soften.

  3. Add the sloppy joe sauce ingredients along with ½ cup of water and simmer 5-7 minutes or until thickened.

  4. Spoon meat mixture on low carb/keto hamburger buns.
