Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:
 

  1. 8oz softened cream cheese

  2. 1 cup natural peanut butter

  3. 1/2 cup powdered Swerve

  4. 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Steps:
 

  1. You will need a keto crust for this! I personally use Keto Bakes crust.

  2. I HIGHLY recommend them (use code whitneyg for 20% off), but you can look a keto pie crust recipe if you prefer.

  3. ​

  4. Pour heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl and whip until peaked

  5. Add the rest of the ingredients for the filling to a separate mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and creamy.

  6. Fold the whipped cream mixture into the peanut butter filling mixture, and layer evenly on top of the crust in the pie pan.

  7. Place the pie into the fridge to set for several hours before serving.

  8. Serve garnished with optional sugar free chocolate syrup and/or crushed peanuts if desired.
