Mongolian Beef
Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef

2 tsp Garlic minced

1 cup Mushrooms sliced

1 tsp Ginger Paste

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
-
1/2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (I sub chili crisp oil for more spice)

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1/4 cup Green Onions chopped

2 cups Cauliflower Rice
Instructions:

Add the ground beef and mushrooms to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and cook until browned completely and the mushrooms are softened. Drain excess grease.

Mix in the minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger paste, brown sugar substitute, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.

Pour the sauce over the meat mixture and saute a few minutes longer.

Top with the chopped green onions and serve over cauliflower rice.
