Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients:
 
  1. 1 lb. broccoli 4-5 cups, cut into bite-sized florets

  2. 2 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive

  3. 1 clove garlic crushed

  4. ½ tsp. salt to taste

  5. ¼ tsp. black pepper

  6. ½ tsp. lemon zest optional

  7. ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Steps:
 
  1. Heat air fryer to 370°F for at least 3 minutes.

  2. Whisk together oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Add broccoli florets and stir until they are well coated in the sauce.

  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.

  5. Add broccoli to the heated air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.

  6. For extra crispy edges: Turn up heat to 390°F, give the basket a good toss, and return broccoli to the air fryer for an additional minute.
