Cajun Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  2. 4 Tbsp sriracha

  3. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese sauce 

  4. 1/4 cup sour cream

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  6. 8 oz imitation crab meat

    Cajun Seasoning:

     

  7. 1 tsp paprika

  8. 1 tsp seasoned salt

  9. 1/2 Tbsp onion powder

  10. 4 tsp granulated sugar

  11. 1 Tbsp dried chives

Steps:

  1. Using a hand mixer beat the cream cheese, sriracha, cheddar cheese sauce, and sour cream until creamy.

  2. Mix in the mayonnaise and whip until smooth.

  3. Add the seasonings and mix well.

  4. Beat in the crab meat to break up the big flakes. Spread into a dish and keep refrigerated.
