Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

If you haven't already noticed, cottage cheese is taking over in a big way! Why? Because its low in calories, but very rich in protein. This recipe does not taste like cottage cheese at all!

Ingredients: 

 
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, divided

  • Favorite pizza toppings of choice

  • Seasonings of choice (I used Flavor Gods pizza seasoning, you can find a discount for it on the discount section of this site.

Steps:

  1. In an oven safe dish - add cottage cheese, 1/4 of the shredded cheese, pizza sauce, and seasoning. Mix to combine

  2. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top

  3. Top with your toppings of choice

  4. Bake 375 for 10-15 minutes

NOTE: This is optional, but I also broiled mine on high for a minute or two after the timer went off to get a browned top
