Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Ingredients:

6 cups seasoned shredded cooked chicken (about 2 lb) season with whatever you like - i use pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

6 oz ham cut into bite size pieces

4 oz butter melted

4 oz cream cheese softened

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 oz lemon juice
-
1/2 tsp salt

5 oz swiss cheese
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350.

In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine the melted butter, softened cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until a thick sauce forms.

Add chopped ham and fold to combine.

Add shredded chicken to the bowl and mix to coat well
-
Spread in a greased 8x8 baking dish and lay the slices of swiss cheese on top of the sauce.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until hot.

OPTIONAL I broil it for a few minutes at the end so the cheese would get more golden and bubbly.
