Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients for the crust:

 

1/2 lb ground chicken (you could use 2 10oz drained canned chicken as well)

1/2 cup shredded parmesan

1/3 cup favorite low carb alfredo sauce

1/3 cup shredded mozzarella

1 egg

Seasoning of choice- I did salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Toppings:
Favorite low carb alfredo sauce

Crumbled bacon

Sliced onion (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix chicken, egg, parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl

  3. Spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet in an even layer

  4. Bake for 30 minutes and check, add more time if needed

  5. Spread alfredo sauce and sprinkle on other toppings

  6. Bake for another 6 minutes, I broiled at the very end to brown the top
