Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken

Ingredients: 
 
  • 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing seasoning

  • 8oz sour cream

  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 5 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

  1. Add chicken and dry ranch seasoning to a crockpot.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. If chicken is frozen, no extra liquid is needed. If chicken is thawed, add 1/2 cup water to the slow cooker.

  3. Shred the cooked chicken (a hand mixer makes this so fast!)

  4. Stir in sour cream, cheese, and bacon.

  5. Serve on cauliflower rice or alone with sides.
