Cheeseburger in Paradise

Ingredients: 
 
  • 1 piece lavash bread (if you cant find it, or want lower carbs, use a low carb tortilla

  • Mac sauce (Recipe here)

  • Ground beef

  • Toppings! I went with diced pickle, lettuce, and onion

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

  1. Brush olive oil on both sides of the lavash bread

  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one side (optional)

  3. Bake on 400 for 7 minutes, cook longer if its not hard yet

  4. Spread thin layer of mac sauce on crust

  5. Sprinkle cooked (& seasoned, I used burger seasoning) ground beef

  6. Top with whatever topping you chose!
