High Protein Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
 
- 
1 piece chicken
 - 
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
 - 
1/4 cup cottage (i blend mine to be smooth)
 - 
2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot
 - 
1 Lavash Bread (or low carb tortilla of choice)
 
Steps:
 
- 
Cook, season, and shred chicken
 - 
In a bow mix cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and chicken well
 - 
Place in Lavash bread (or wrap)
 - 
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and wrap
 - 
Brown both sides in a pan with a bit of butter
