High Protein Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
 
  • 1 piece chicken

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1/4 cup cottage (i blend mine to be smooth)

  • 2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot

  • 1 Lavash Bread (or low carb tortilla of choice)

Steps:
 
  1. Cook, season, and shred chicken

  2. In a bow mix cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and chicken well

  3. Place in Lavash bread (or wrap)

  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and wrap

  5. Brown both sides in a pan with a bit of butter
