Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup Dukes mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons granulated sugar substitute (I used Pyure)

1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
4 cups bagged broccoli slaw
Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar substitute, and salt and pepper together until fully combined.

Add the broccoli slaw.

Toss well to coat.

Serve cold.
