Big Mac Cups

Ingredients:

  1. Low carb street taco shells

  2. Cooked grounf beef

  3. Diced pickles

  4. Sesame seeds

  5. Shredded lettuce

  6. Mac sauce (recipe in snack/lunch section)

Steps:

  1. Imagine you're cutting the tortillas in half, but leave about 1/4 inch in the middle uncut

  2. Place in a muffin tin in cup shape

  3. Add cooked ground beef

  4. Add cheese on top

  5. Bake on 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy

  6. Remove and top with mac sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, and sesame seeds
