Big Mac Cups
Ingredients:

Low carb street taco shells
-
Cooked grounf beef
-
Diced pickles
-
Sesame seeds
-
Shredded lettuce
-
Mac sauce (recipe in snack/lunch section)
Steps:

Imagine you're cutting the tortillas in half, but leave about 1/4 inch in the middle uncut
-
Place in a muffin tin in cup shape
-
Add cooked ground beef
-
Add cheese on top
-
Bake on 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy
-
Remove and top with mac sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, and sesame seeds
