Bacon wrapped chicken

Ingredients:
 
  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 8-10 strips bacon

  3. BBQ sauce of choice (G Hughes is my favorite keto/low carb options)

  4. Salt

  5. Pepper

  6. Any other seasonings of choice

Steps:
 
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt pepper, and any other seasonings (I like using a bbq dry rub).

  3. Wrap bacon strips around chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.

  4.  Add to a cast iron skillet or other oven proof dish (ceramic or oven-proof glass dish).

  5. Put in the oven for 30-ish minutes or until bacon looks mostly done

  6. Remove from oven and brush all over with bbq sauce

  7. Turn on broiler and broil until bacon is crispy and golden (3-5 minutes).
